The ICT department at Royds Hall have been using the ‘Santa Tracker’ website in lessons to get into the Christmas spirit today! The Google Santa Tracker is an annual Christmas-themed entertainment program made by Google that allows users to not only track Santa but also play, watch and learn using activities related to coding aimed at school children.

Y3/4 from Beech and Luck Lane got together today to re-enact the battle of Troy. Over the past term, the pupils have learnt about different myths and legends, including the story of the Trojan Horse. They have created costumes ready for battle, made a storyboard ready for filming and worked with Mr Nimmo at the high school to create a soundscape to accompany their film. Today, everything came together for the epic battle!
